Tumbling Classes

Tiny Tumbling: Age 4-5yrs
This class will teach your tiny tot the basics in tumbling. The class will focus on front rolls, cartwheels, hand stands, and bridge ups. This class is 30 min in length

Tumbling 1: Age 6-9yrs
This class is for elementary students who want to develop their tumbling skills. The class will focus on front and back rolls, cartwheels, round offs, hand stands and back bends. The introduction to back handsprings will be taught as well. This class is 45min in length

Tumbling 2: Minimum Age 10
This class is for students who want to continue their tumbling skills. The class will focus on standing tumbling (back handsprings) and running tumbling (round off back handspring), as well as back tucks.

Competitive Cheerleading

3rd-6th Grade
Competitive Cheerleading Increases Students Skills As An Athlete To
Allow Them To Be The Best Cheerleader They Can Be!

This program is designed to introduce the basic components of
competitive cheerleading to younger students.
Students learn jumps, motions, and vocal training.
Tumbling emphasis is placed on cartwheels, round-off, back bends, and back handspring.
Those interested need no prior training or experience to participate in this class.

Classes take place weekly June - March with additional once a month choreography class.

2 Competitions will be attended throughout the year as well as additional performances!

Tuition:
$60/month tuition
$150 Uniform & Poms
Entrance Fees to Competitions
(Range from $55-$85per competition)

 

Squad Placement:

Performing Squad:
Any student who wishes to be a part of CenterStage All Stars. This group does not have specific tryout requirements. The squad will take technique classes once a week as well as choreography class once a month. This group will perform at local events along with Centerstage Dance Performing Company.

This Squad Does Not Compete.

Competitive Squad:
Students will be required to demonstrate basic cheerleading jumps and tumbling skills to be a part of the competitive squad. If students do not demonstrate the skills required they will be required to take an additional technique class during the summer to improve on the skills. A final tryout will be conducted at the end of the summer.

This Squad Will Compete.
